Enhanced Range

The GENVEX Enhanced Range of units - GE 310-840 VPC combine a crossflow heat exchanger and a heat pump to give the highest levels of comfort and energy efficiency. A heat recovery of up to 75% combined with the additional energy from the heat pump can produce up to 5kw of heat energy for 1kw of electricity used.

The heat pump functions like a fridge but in reverse. A fridge extracts heat from food while the heat pump extracts heat energy from the warm exhaust air to heat the incoming fresh air.

The heat pump in the GENVEX Enhanced units can also be reversed so that it can cool the supply air during the summer months.

These Enhanced units can provide a considerable amount of your heating needs in a modern well insulated low energy home.
